2. What personal data do I process?

Depending on how you contact me and which service you use, I may process:

• your first and last name;

• your email address and telephone number;

• your preferred language;

• information provided in a form, message or booking;

• information about booked and paid services;

• information required for invoicing and accounting;

• technical website data, such as your IP address, device, browser and cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

I process personal data in order to:

• respond to messages and enquiries;

• schedule, prepare and provide sessions or other selected services;

• perform an agreement;

• process payments, issue invoices and maintain legally required records;

• protect the website and establish, exercise or defend legal claims;

• send marketing communications only after obtaining separate consent.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or consent, depending on the situation.

4. Sensitive personal data

Please do not include detailed health information or other sensitive personal data in the contact form. If processing such data becomes necessary during our cooperation, I will limit it to what is necessary and request separate explicit consent where required.

5. Who may receive the data?

Data may be processed by trusted providers required to operate the business, including:

• Wix.com – website, forms, hosting and booking system;

• the email service provider;

• e‑Boekhouden.nl – accounting;

• banks and payment service providers;

• communication service providers if chosen by the client;

• public authorities where required by law.

I do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place using appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. How long is the data retained?

• enquiries that do not lead to cooperation – for a maximum of 12 months;

• booking, agreement and client communication data – for a maximum of 5 years after the cooperation ends where required for administration or legal claims;

• working notes relating to sessions – only for as long as necessary and generally no longer than 12 months after the final session;

• invoices, payment information and tax records – for 7 years;

• information processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis requires continued retention.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data;

• have inaccurate data corrected;

• request erasure or restriction of processing;

• data portability, where applicable;

• object to processing;

• withdraw consent at any time;

• lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Some rights may be limited by legal obligations, such as the requirement to retain invoices.
